So Hass is doubtful but Housh and Spencer will play. Interesting...Spence back will help balance the line. I would expect at least 150 total rushing yards this week. For those here underrating Seneca, I pity you...He is better than you would expect and if given a situation like Cassel & Schuab got with filling in for injuries for a season, he would be the media hyped "next thing" Clearly i'm a big fan. The biggest issue will be the LB corp. Not having 2/3 of one of the best LB corp in the league hurts tremendously. Can't wait for the new Green uni's though...

And that's just everyone they are reporting. Kearney is dinged up and Loclear missed most of the 49'er game (the LT replacement) so who knows. Housh didnt practice last week either so that's not as concerning. Also not on that list is Trufant who is PUP for the 1st 6 weeks and he is the shutdown corner. In reality the team is playing with mostly a Preseason defense except Kearney, Jackson & Tapp. Pretty tough to win with that out there. Remember, as good as Curry is, this is only his 3rd game. I can't wait for them to win though........

Ha! Those in So Cal should get together and then they could all get on me - The resident Seahawks fan. THis week will be a long and anxious week in Seattle. I would be shocked if Hass plays this week. Remember, he was out for most of last season with a back injury and regardless what they say, the hit from Willis was directly on his lower back. No way that a rib injury is the only outcome from that. As to the Run D of Seattle. I think that you will be surprised. So Far The Seahawks have faced Steven Jackson and Frank Gore. To rate a defense based upon what they do against 2 of the top NFC rushers (ad 2 top 10 rushers in the NFL) would be shortsighted. However, both games the Seahawks were undermanned, but to face Gore without 5 defensive starters is asking for a beating. To lose 5 defensive starters, The entire O Line playing backups or out of position, losing your QB for the 2nd half and only lose by 13? Not that bad... Depending how Lofa comes back this week and if Walter Jones can come back they will be better. If not, it will be a hard fought game. I still think that Lawrence Jackson and Patrick Kearney can get pressure but the problem will be that Curry won't be able to pass rush if he has 2 backups playing along side him. Likely Curry will be Forte's shadow all game if Lofa is out. Regardless, it will be a good game. Unfortuantely, I wont be able to see it other than on my computer but oh well...Once the seahawks win I can at least come here to feel better! :P

So the theme is "Get more atlethic" right? Bradley for Matthews Jr. Fits the bill. Athletic, CF who bats LH. Seems like the easiest solution. Moreno is more than likely to gamble because he has a TON of FA this offseason and doesn't have a problem eating money of it doesn't work. Bradley would like Anaheim because its a large market but shawdowed by the Dodgers. The only issue would be for him to buy into the "Team" baseball concept in Anaheim. Clearly this would be a problem but something that if anyone could fix it would be Sciossia. Moreno is coming to the Angels Charity Golf Tournament at the hotel I work at on Thursday. sometimes being a seahawk fan is just awful. Our entire O-Line is backups, 2/3 of the linebackers are Backups as are the the DB and now Hass is done. Sickening.
