    70% of the game is half mental. Also, 80% of the time it works all of the time.

    I honestly don't see the big deal with what he did with Hill. And it's inexcusable to put all the blame on Barrett for what happened in that fight. exactly I would guess that if he were producing, none of this would have happened.

    Barrett has sucked all year long. His defense is pitiful. His offense is nowhere near where it has been the past few years. Who's fault is that? The guy instigated a fight last year against the sox. It was uncalled for. This year, instead of being an ass to the other team, he does it with our 2 best pitchers. Again, who's fault is that? He can whine, bitch, and moan about Lou or whatever, but the reason he got traded is because HE is a hot-headed piece of crap catcher with a somewhat decent (but now declining) bat.

I'm out supporting the boys in blue today --- Cubs are gonna get a W in the Big D today. hey , speaking of boobies --- Six Flags had on display some of the most fantastic jublees I've ever seen. Literally thousands of great boobs. My Dad and I got whiplash --- not just from the kickass roller coasters, either.

    we were 2 rows behind you --- sec 30, seats 3-7. My dad got a shot very similar to yours. Here's the quote of night (along with the whole story). 5:30 AM -- Ryne and I wake up and head for the Airport 8:45 AM -- fly to dallas 10:00 --- land, spend 2 hours "lost" in Dallas with my Dad 12:30 --- enter Six Flags 6:00 ---- exit Six Flags, head to ball game 4th inning --- Ryne is sleeping . . .dead to the World SAMMY HOMERS. . . THE PLACE GOES NUTS.. . . . Ryne says "What hapened?" We say, "Sammy Sosa hit his 600th homer!" Ryne said, "Good, can we leave now?"

    Seems to me that the cubs gave him away. Fine with me . . . .however, my boy Ryne is not happy. Barrett was his favorite player and we finally get him to his 1st Cub game and it happens to be the game that Barrett is traded. He'll get over it.

    Texas can have that sack of dog crap. i'm not a coach, but Jock is all out of whack -- hips flying out, head not in the right place, WAAAAY out in front. he needs some new mojo. Last night, I wanted to cry every time he came to the plate.
