    I think before Boog goes to Lubbock Texas, he should perhaps go to a Cubs road game. Just saying.

    The only way to throw out PCA when he is on the move is the pitch out, which for some reason doesn’t seem to be a thing in baseball anymore.

    Cardinals next four series are against the Royals. Dodgers, Blue Jays and then Brewers. Hopefully we can hold on here and then extend the division lead a bit (we have Phillies and Tigers between the Nationals and Pirates…)

    Wtf just happened? I went to the bathroom while Cabrera was pitching in the 7th inning and fewer than 10 minutes later, Flexen is pitching in the 8th. If our hitters had a six pitch 6th inning, then how short was the 7th?

    Pitcher gives up runs, men on base and then it happens, pitching coach comes to the mound and the pitcher turns into an ace. Name a better duo.
