    People who go to sporting events and do that horsefeathers are horsefeathers dumb. You would think that the countless times where people have gone viral, been named and shamed online and lost their job as a result of ****** fan behaviour would be a teachable moment. I mean the US Open tennis wanker was only a week before ffs. And she still acted like the biggest Philadelphian sports prick of the year. That is some accomplishment.

    Braves are a strange Baseball club. Every year I have them as one of NL’s best and a team to be feared. This year they are 60-81. Either they’ve fallen off a cliff or aren’t a very good team to begin with.

    I love that Tommy Hottovy story. Not many other sports/professional clubs would hire someone based off a college course or hire a baseball analyst (in the case of Dave Cameron). Pretty cool stuff.

    Imagine how horsefeathered we would be if this was 2023 Spencer Strider. The score would be 1-0 to the Braves.

    On a different day (3 months ago), that Dansby Swanson catch wouldn’t have mattered because the Cubs would have been leading 8-1.

    So they’ve basically been a man down on the ML roster for an entire week. A refusal to put Kyle Tucker on the IL has now blown up in their faces twice this year.

    I don’t watch NFL and don’t know how good or bad the Chicago Bears will be this year, but after looking at their record the last few years… you just know your night is most likely horsefeathered even if you flip over from the Cubs to the Bears, anyway.

    So I’ve been looking at the MLB standings. Cubs have the fifth best MLB record and three of the teams above us have between 2 and 1 wins more in the win column. So as much as we’ve been disappointed with the second half, let’s not overlook that everyone else have had their own second half struggles. No one besides Milwaukee have sprinted passed us and they’ve sprinted passed everyone. Baseball is wacky and long.
