Aloy screams Dansby Swanson to me minus the elite D. And im not shiting on Swanson here. Hes been a good MLB player for his career.

Off topic, but went to the game last night, holy hell have they significantly increased the price of concessions. I wasnt able to make it to a game last year since I live in Arizona now but i dont recall beers being 14 dollars. More like 11? Am I crazy and remembering better times or did the price of concessions skyrocket?

Good game to be at today. Palencia throws heat. Boyd has been such a great signing.

Heading to the game tonight. Hoping for an offensive blowout to be honest. I feel like we need another one.

I remember the year before being similar as well. When it warms up he really gets into a groove. Im expecting him to finish the season very strong.

its cause were close to the 4th of July. He always starts going on a tear right around now. Its as consistent as Happ and his hot streaks

Can the bat just start coming around for Shaw please?!!??!
  13. JBears79
He needs minimum 2 starters, maybe 3

Our pitchers excel at throwing batting practice

I keep having to remind myself that hes a rookie and that we have seen current Cubs players (PCA, Amaya etc.) be absolutely terrible for a decent period of time and then they make adjustments and really take off. I got faith that the current coaching structure will complete that same goal with Shaw. Still a big time believer in him.

Really liking the early returns on Lovich. Hes exciting. Another offseason of adding muscle and I can see him really breaking out

You know if the Rockies eat some money, then horsefeathers it, trade for Ryan McMahon and dump Brujan. Play matchups with him and Shaw the rest of the way.

    There is one

Yeah. Horton pitched fine today. Extrememly annoying wind and defense today
  21. JBears79
Man, the Hope and Ferris trade for Michael Busch looks better and better everyday. Good player.
