is this a correct summary of the review system? INNINGS 1-6: plays are reviewed if the manager challenges. one challenge. INNING 7+: plays are reviewed if the umpires feel like it. the manager can come out and yell at the umpire and try to get him to review it if he wants, but the umps can say no. -
