  1. Okay, now that we're out of the woods on a few things, I've moved the social forum up the ladder and all verified members can see it. It is still invisible to guests and provisional members (anyone with under three posts), which I think is the correct way to go with that. Someone should have to post a couple pieces of non-troll commentary before gaining access to that forum. I've moved some of the lower-trafficked forums below the featured blog post.
  2. Grrrr. I still don't have control panel access to the ads. My apologies for any annoying delays, I'm just waiting to gain access so I can start toggling a bunch of switches and refine the ad displays.
  3. @jersey cubs fan is on a hot streak, they get today's game thread again!
  4. Okay, this should be fixed now. Thank you for letting me know.
  5. No, apparently not. Thought it was. I’ll gift you an extra month for being a guinea pig, working to see if I can sort out the issue today.
  6. Ugh, that’s still not working? Sorry, I’ll look into it asap. Also, the first day of ads suck. I can’t do anything until my control panel is operational, which happens some time tomorrow morning.
  7. That's the seventh nipple I've seen today.
  8. Wouldn't make sense for it to be any other organization.
  9. It appears @Bertz is a good luck charm. Had to check out after a few innings to dye eggs with my kids and came back to a clear cut victory.
  10. Well that’s a way Bellinger can get on base.
  11. Bumping this to see if anyone else wants to sign up. Next up after a Cubs loss is @jersey cubs fan.
  12. Pragmatism should always be tempered with fandom, and vice versa. And let's face it, watching the same players is just more fun than constantly cheering only laundry. Not every decision should be maximized for pure performance, as this is a spectator sport. The spectators and their experience matters, too.
  13. I'd rather have Correa or Turner but Swanson is sneaky-good. And if we're talking Correa/Turner for $325m+ or Swanson at $170m, it's a much harder decision and you're probably getting more value out of Dansby with a lot less risk. Only the completely bat-**** insanity of the Correa deal that finally landed at "only" $200m guaranteed confuses the situation.
  14. This is great news, it's pretty much the only thing keeping me on T-Mo anymore. My wife's firm pays our cell phone bill so I'm actually making money with free MLB.tv every year but would prefer moving to a service with better coverage in rural Wisconsin.
  15. A friendly reminder to @Bertz that they still have the game thread for today's game.
  16. Once I get through some of my bug list, I'll take a look at the forums, their placement, and shuffle some things around. The Social forum is too active to be that far down the list, I agree.
  17. Oh yeah, I knew about the more balanced schedule, it just hadn't clicked that teams only face divisional opponents twice at home, twice on the road.
  18. They rescheduled the game for September 1st? That seems rather extreme for a division opponent.
  19. Yes, but it's more finicky. Play around with it and you'll get the hang of it after a bit.
  20. Welcome, Jeremy! He's our draft specialist so expect to see his content ramp up over the next three months. He'll also be managing the draft tracker when that releases on draft day.
  21. 22. Ooh, I didn't realize Hunter Greene was starting today. I have a slightly morbid curiosity in watching whether he ever puts his stuff together into a cohesive whole.
