    there's only one innappropraite thing i can think of and i doubt the hawks would say that What... the reason he's overrated???? you think he's overrated becuase he's kind of black? isn't his dad african? that would make him really really black. and his name is elvis, which has an exponential effect on his son's blackness. but seriously, i can see race being an issue in hockey. it's not like the hawks have any black teammates to answer to if they make a racist comment.

    i get home from work and turn on the game and the bulls are leading 109-104. after they lose, i turn it to the blackhawks game just as the flames are scoring. sorry guys.

    The comments didn't seem that bad to me. The most objectionable thing I heard was that Denver is such a great football town, as if it is better than Chicago. I'm sure Denver's good, but they can't hold a candle to Chicago's love affair with the Bears. Not even close, in any way, shape, or form. But it's not like he ripped Cutler -- he just said he would have stayed, that's all. More power to you Jake, but Jay's not you.     surprised that nobody mentioned that the eagles upgraded their o-line after losing an aging tra thomas to the jaguars, trading for jason peters. definitely a good trade for the eagles, giving up their second 1st rounder and their 4th rounder this year and a 5th in 2010. it sucks because the eagles always manage to stay good.

    Eh, the Bulls weren't playing their best basketball today, imo. Rose was amazing and people stepped up when the Bulls needed it, but, at the same time, there was some atrocious three point shooting, bad calls by the refs, and questionable decision-making that hurt the Bulls tonight. Moreover, I don't know if Rondo could keep playing the way he was today. I still have my doubts about the Bulls pulling this series off, but today's effort definitely erased some of those doubts. The key in my mind is whether the Bulls can continue to out-rebound the Celtics. but the effort was there. even thought they weren't hitting shots, they were still playing hard, especially noah. and as was mentioned, salmons did a great job on pierce, even if he wasn't good offensively. they need to stay focused and rose needs to have a few more of days like today. he's going to be such a star in the league, there's not another player with his gifts. he's like a taller, stronger, more deceptive cp3.
