    What did the Pats want for Mangold when he was holding out? I wish Jerry would have gone after him. It is no secret that I am not a huge Cutler fan. But if you give the guy even an average line, he is a top-10 QB. Give the guy a terrible line, and he completely folds. There are a few QBs who can put up average to good stats with a horrible line, but Jay is a guy who has to have decent line play because his footwork goes down the tubes and his decision making is not great under pressure. Getting a good line will be doubly effective. He has the worst line in the league this year and has a 90 QB rating. What the hell are you talking about? This isn't Rex Grossman we're talking about. yeah, i have to disagree as well. jay is one of the only qbs who can still excel with a terrible line, just because once he gets out of the pocket, he can run. plus he can throw on the run.

    Wall and Cousins were both better than anyone they have on this team. Knight's a chucker. wall and cousins are ten times better and bledsoe and orton are better, too. and i agree about knight.

    for having a bunch of 4 stars, UNC's guardplay is simply atrocious. and neither team plays very good defense.

    Nope, Guenther loves him like a son. We weren't expected to go bowling, so this season was a success. He should have been canned after last season but they cleaned house to give him one more shot. This team should have been 8-4. Next year hinges on what LeShoure decides to do, but we finally have an out of conference schedule I think we can handle. 8 regular season wins should be a baseline. the team doesn't really hinge on what leshoure does, imo. jason ford is a more than capable feature back and bud golden will be the backup. they'll be fine there. i just hope liuget and tez come back. and it will be interesting to see if o'toole can come in and challenge scheelhaase.

    You're nuts. It's not THE most pressing need, but it's up there. they could use a brandon marshall-type in the same sense that any team could use a brandon marshall-type. plug in a capable guard and a capable tackle and watch the receivers get better.

    i'm disappointed. but after the seasons the cubs have had over the past couple of years, i'm not THAT disappointed. apathetic, accepting, resigned.

    yes, someone needs to never officiate another football game. i just don't understand how they can watch the replay and not overturn it, how does that work? i wish bielema was our coach, he would absolutely let the officials have it and he would be vicious.

    Well the Big Ten pisses all over us because we suck, and the WAC pisses all over us because they have little brother syndrome. Sometimes I think I would be happier had I gone to Madison. Being an Illinois fan sucks, we just keep finding new ways to suck. we better have a basketball national championship ready to go this year. but well, i can't guarantee the lack of respect for illinois athletics won't spill over into that realm, either. wait, it already has. foul on arch and augie.

    but fresno got uber lucky last year. they couldn't give us calls on our own field against a wac team. that's sad when you get that kind of respect.
