    You know, just looking at the pictures, reminds me of just how good the pitching that has come through the Cubs farm system. And I cringe to think where we'd be if we didn't foolishly trade some of them, abuse some of them. . Just some of the great pitchers that have come out of the Cubs system. Imagine if you had your pick out of a healthy bunch of these. . . Zambrano, Hill, Willis, Garland, Wood, Prior, Nolasco. . . next year instead of just having Zambrano and Hill and having to build around only them. . what about the other six?

    I moved to Chicago in the late summer of 2003, and was overjoyed to move a block from my favorite baseball team and to immerse myself in being a fan of the Cubs. Ever since that day, the baseball Gods have been peeing on my head.

    Haha, I loved that. I just tuned in. So Pudge took second on Edmonds being lazy. I just heard the announcers say, "Having only played 19 games in right field, Duncan's inexperience showed with that one." Are you kidding me? Routine fly ball just right of CF, probably about 5-10 ft. short of the track, plenty of time to get under the ball to get momentum to make a stronger back to the IF. Edmonds loafed to the ball, couldn't get anything under the throw, Pudge tags, and Edmonds tells Duncan to say something. And the commentators totally buy it and blame the whole thing on Duncan
