  1. Yeah it's time for Zach to play decoy in the final seconds What a terrible loss
  2. Saw a tweet where apparently last week the offense was shown a compilation video of that Saints DB trolling players into retaliation. Like a 15 minute video with the express purpose of getting our guys to keep their cool. Miller is a special breed of stupid. I hate JAGs who act like divas.
  3. Tough loss. Zach was lights out but couldn't hit the big one.
  4. I mean horsefeathers if they get that out of LF then Jed deserves his props ten-fold for the tough Schwarber DFA
  5. Can we call him the Air Fryer? 10 pts in 1:14
  6. LaVine and White shot the lights out last night (28-47) but they didn't get a ton of support. Otto had an awful game. LaVine's 6 TOs didn't help either.
  7. Hes gonna miss the first half due to elbow surgery Edit: murmurs he may actually be ready in March. Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  8. Giannis was the only Bucks player not to hit a 3 tonight as they set an NBA record with 29. He had just 9 of the teams 144 points. Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  9. Man thats cheap for #1 IFA Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk He's definitely not universally considered the #1 FA. Fangraphs has him ranked 39th (and 28th if you don't consider the players in Asia on their board). BA has him ranked 12th. The FG preview: Thinking about numerous Cuban prospects over the years (from Puig who surprised positively to Eddy Martinez who surprised negatively), I think the note on the error bar is a pretty valid point. My bad. I read elsewhere that he's the #1 guy. Sorry I haven't been paying all that much attention TBH Thats a lousy profile. 4 years since facing live pitching and trouble with velo as-is. I wonder if there's thoughts of him converting to the mound if the bat falters. Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk

  11. Tony copped a plea and the poor guy had to spend 1 day confined to his home. Seriously. That was his punishment. Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  12. Holding them to 3 is big there Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  13. Wow a 3rd qtr TD Monty straight up ballin lately Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  14. It was Jordan and there's no other acceptable answer Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk

  16. I had to warm up to Len the first couple seasons but I became convinced in time that he is the ultimate broadcaster. This is horsefeathering [expletive]. Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  17. Buying high on a MR, and not really the money just in general, is a bad bet. Also it's actually a pretty nice look and deed to take a DFA'd player, get him patched up and marketable again, and let him shop his services unless he took a starting or high impact role Also also personally I think the cutter is an old man's pitch that nobody actually likes 3rd in contact% among RP with 20 IP Only Devin Williams and Edwin Diaz were better. You just don't let that guy go like that IMO. See if he can sustain similarly over a larger sample. Even if he slips a bit he'd still be among the best. Get him in the zone more and he'd be a pretty valuable player. And he's done that before. This year his walk rate was about 35% higher than any of his previous seasons. I have no doubt that he will be picked up by a very solid organization that recognizes his bat missing ability. Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  18. Why the hell did they NT Tepera. He looked like a nice cheap piece moving forward. Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  19. Fair. Although I disagree with the 'inevitably hate the picks' part. Some teams consistently stack em and find multiple starters; others just draft bad as they usually do. I just have never felt like there was a player we absolutely had to have in our range over the last few drafts. Weve had plenty of holes to fill and I'd rather have had more bullets to fire off. His opposite philosophy from mine has really grinded my gears. Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  20. There are obviously several things that bug me about that move, but what you said makes sense. If you are willing to give up a pretty decent haul to move up 1 spot on the off chance someone took Mitch at 2, that says that Pace had Mitch ahead of Watson and Mahomes by a significant margin. If they were close in his evaluation, he takes the risk that no one takes Mitch at 2, and if they do lives with one of the other guys. Ridiculous Pace just doesn't think that way. He identifies someone as the one he wants, and then he pays whatever it takes. Yeah, it is really tiring knowing that he is entirely inflexible with his 1st round picks. For the last 4 seasons I was hollering from the mountaintop to trade back and stack chips but when he gets his jolly old "conviction" on a player, he's gonna do whatever it takes to get him. We were in perfect position each year to trade back and add several picks. He always acts like he couldn't find a partner but thats a load of horsefeathers. He just doesn't want to lose out on his guy. His first round valuations have been such horsefeathering horsefeathers. Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  21. 41-25 had been the final score of an NFL game only once prior to this past week. I was gonna say that is an extremely unlikely outcome but damn Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  22. Broncos do not plan to forfeit the game tomorrow despite having all 3 QBs on their roster deemed ineligible due to covid/contract tracing Lol
  23. History of QBs with declined 5th year option Teddy Bridgewater. This was mainly injury influenced. Signed 0.5m/1 year contract Blaine Gabbert. Resigned with SF (who had traded for him) for 2m/2 Jake Locker. Retired. I think he actually would have gotten a small backup deal and this was a legit retirement and not that he couldn't find work. Christian Ponder. 1.5m/1 EJ Manuel. 0.8m/1 The 5th year rookie contract structure is fairly new. For instance Alex Smith had a 6 year contract, and renegotiated the final 2 years of it after his 4th year in the league. Thanks for doing the leg work. He's not getting an extension of consequence IMO.
  24. Has there ever been a QB who didn't have his 5th year picked up, got benched for the meat of the season, and came back to earn a new, substantial, contract?
  25. MTV solved this problem 25 years ago
