    horsefeathering Braves lock up yet another young phenom, this time Strider signs a 7 year deal worth up to $92M. At some point they'll lose a year or two of that to injury, but he's worth the risk. That bat-missing skill is obviously elite. Big fan of the way they operate in that FO.

Had a walk to load the bases if not for the sympathy strike on a 3-0 pitch about 3-4 inches below the zone. Then racked up yet another K. He always was gonna be a guy who probably wouldn't put it together for a couple years. Even if he turns out to merely be a lefty masher that works still because the Cubs are largely useless against them.
