    Where is this new Lake? The guy has been terrible coming in to tonight. It just looks like he's putting together much better plate appearances and seeing the ball better. I haven't looked at his contact % and swing %. I'm just going off of memory.

    I've been having issues but I thought it was because my Internet at home has been completely awful lately. its been cutting in and out for me all night It's happening all over the country. This product [expletive] sucks. It was literally better in 2008 than it is now. I had zero problems with it last year. This is disappointing. It's working great for me. It used to cut out all the time, but I did some reading and it was because my device (roku) was old and didn't have the processing power to keep up.

    Yep. Looks like a good deal to me. Really? What about it looks good? They traded a decent young guy essentially for the right to not have to employ him next year. I guess if you think Smith is absolutely worthless then this could be perceived as good. They need room to re-sign Salad. you don't win games with salad.

    because then a defender would leap into the stands with the ball to prevent the runners from advancing. I see no reason it should be a dead ball. If the fielder breaks a leg going into the stands and can't get a throw off fine, but the runners should have to advance at their own risk. It was enforced correctly, but it's just a dumb assed rule. then the player just fakes an injury, and what do you do if a fan interferes if it's live? You need a rule that covers this situation and you can't leave it up to umpire discretion.
