    I just read that and then played with baseball savant numbers, and it seems like the cubs have done a good job of making good contact but without results.

    I expect it from Kyle so I can laugh at his attempts at trolling. I don't expect USSoccer to go off the deep end so it's more frustrating to read.

    From the MLB rulebook, OBSTRUCTION is the act of a fielder who, while not in possession of the ball and not in the act of fielding the ball, impedes the progress of any runner. I've never seen a fake tag called obstruction. Peralta kind of faked a tag last night when Dexter stole third, it happens pretty frequently. From my understanding, umpires require contact to be made to consider it obstruction.

    It's typically been 1-2 days after the registration closes if I recall correctly. Anyone want to team up, if they get selected you buy a seat for the other if they don't, and vice versa? I really really don't want to be shut out again this year I thought you were banned from any postseason games?

    Not that I'm complaining, but I'm surprised the starters haven't been getting more days off. I'm assuming next week we'll see the JV lineup a couple of days in a row and that's it.

    Fangraphs is projecting a three way tie between the Mets, Giants, and Cardinals. I really want this to happen.

    Surely Brewers tv will show it? Yea, the FSMW will have the game, but I don't have cable and I doubt they show the party.

    Kris has been in a bit of a slump the last week or so. I think he was an easier sell when his OPS was pushing 1.000 and his BA .310, now he's "only" at .956 and .297 so here come articles pushing other candidates. or fangraphs is just running a series like they did last week for the AL

    In the Astros at Cleveland game today a foul ball was called a wild pitch, which allowed 2 runs to score as the catcher was confused/complaining about the call. No review.

    He would not care one bit what we think. everybody cares about what other people think to some degree, even small, deep down. we can portray a thick skin on the outside and say we don't, but the fact of the matter is that we do. truth.
