    He couldn't have gone very far anyway because of the runner on first base. yea, but he does that even without runners on base and it cost him on one's that hit off the wall or are in the gap Generally, yes. I'm still a little wary of his hamstring so I don't really mind too much. Of course it helps that he's red hot right now. :wink:

    Nothing against the rules as far as I can tell. I was banned for FAKE cussing with "stars"....people are actually cussing in this thread (not that I'm complaining) You've been banned? "Suspended" actually. And it ain't fun. I was going through NSBB withdrawals like Paris is going through cocaine withdrawals in jail right now. Awesome.

    Unlikely. Yeah I spoke too early. It's not gonna be close. It will probably be the closest first round matchup but that's not really saying much.

    Wow...that might not be a bad idea. Yeah, I mean, even if he does get suspended, he'll likely appeal it which would mean he would be available for the next couple days. EDIT: Though if he gets suspended for 1-4 games, he should just start serving it immediately so he doesn't miss a start.

    If Lilly gets suspended, it had better be for four games or less. He shouldn't have to miss a start.

    How's that possible? It's not, that's why the manager would get suspended. He's saying you start Marmol at the beginning of the game, have him bean somebody, get tossed and bring Lilly on in relief.

    Yup. That moran really botched that one. There's no reason to not warn the teams if you think something is going to happen. That's the whole point of the warning.

    that forearm is on espn sunday night baseball, plenty of people are watching, he'll be suspended at least 2 games, book it. I hope you're right. Does the MLB usually give players suspensions for things not made a note of by the umps in a game? I'm sure they can go back, look at the video and suspend somebody even if the umpires didn't do anything. The NBA has done that sort of thing so I see no reason why baseball can't and shouldn't.

    Why isn't Renteria tossed for walking towards the mound? I hope somebody spikes him when he's covering second base. Oh, that's crap. That's bush league right there by Renteria on the slide into second.
