    Not only do the Cubs have Rich Hill and his incredibly small run support going but they scored 12 runs on 20 hits today. They'll be lucky to get 2 runs on Friday.

    Trash talking Cardinals fans are generally frowned upon here, but its wolf so I guess thats ok? Lighten up, wolf is fun. This series is gonna be like a fight between two skinny teenagers. Probably neither deserves to win, but it'll be scrappy, ugly, and fun to watch. hey, i was a skinny teenager once! The only thing that's changed is the teenager part.

    The Brewers' ExWL is now under .500 - it was 59-61 coming into today's game and, with an 8-0 loss, only going to get worse. EDIT: Meanwhile, the Cards have the third worst ExWL in the NL and fifth worst in the majors.

    Heh, baseball is fun when both teams are in the race. You know what would be even more fun. One of your talented players gets hurt. Make it a real race. Like Pujols maybe. Or Carpenter or something... Please they really wanna play the pitchers being hurt card with us??? You act as if the Cards haven't had any injury troubles this year. I mean, as far as pitchers being hurt, the Cubs have used more catchers than starting pitchers this year. Close but your point remains. Cubs have used 7 starters and 6 catchers.
