    I think it's been mentioned before but I what does Fangraphs use for their regular projections (as opposed to the season stats one)?

    To be fair, it's not just since their WS that they haven't had any playoff success. Since 1918, they've won only 9 playoff games total outside of 2005.

    Season to date stats have the Cubs at 2-1 favorites. I choose to believe that is true because the odds are better and that makes me happier. And 538 has it at 64-36 for the Cubs.

    Look at Roberts using his closer in the 7th.

    So Washington has Reynaldo Lopez and Melancon left in their pen. I assume Roark is available as a long man. Would be awesome if Washington had to burn him also and use either Gio or Ross in Game 1. If Roark pitches, he might not be available until Game 4 then, depending on how many pitches he throws.
