  1. The Beavers are in FG range, so now would be the time to get a sack and get back out of FG range.
  2. Oh, and I wouldn't have gone for 2 this early, but it worked for USC.
  3. Not Cal or UCLA's. And USC and Arizona have pretty solid defenses too. Oregon State is a bad team that has had a bunch of bounces go their way in the first 3 quarters.
  4. Oh come on, didn't you see that PI where...oh wait, the DB never touched Turner. Touchdown USC.
  5. USC is going to win this game.
  6. The 2002 Angels won the World Series with a 6.34 ERA in the World Series. And yes, the Giants nearly gave up an earned run less per game and lost that World Series.
  7. Meh, here comes the USC comeback...
  8. Memo to Oregon State: Work on special teams. Wow. If USC doesn't score here, they won't win.
  9. YES! Two incompletions in the end zone on 3rd and 4th down! Huge stop. Still 18 mins left in the game...
  10. Hey Matt Moore, try diving INTO the endzone, not the 2 yard line. 33-10 Beavers!
  11. TURNOVER #5!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  12. TOUCHDOWN BEAVERS! ABOUT TO BE 30-10!!!!!!!!!!
  13. I certainly agree with this.
  14. nope. good hitting beats good pitching. eckstein, molina, rolen, etc were just better than pudge, guillen and granderson. prove me wrong. I'm sorry, but the Cardinals had guys playing WAY over their heads such as Eckstein and Molina and Preston Wilson. The playoffs are a small sample size. I'd still take Pudge, Polanco, Guillen, and Granderson over guys such as Molina, Eckstein, Miles, and Wilson. Abuck doesn't believe what he's saying, he's trying to show that you can't prove either argument but that some are saying good pitching beats good hitting as a fact without proof.
  15. Strange, Oregon State suddenly is making smart play calls. OSU up 23-10 on USC.
  16. TOUCHDOWN BEAVERS!
  17. Hahaha, awesome.
  18. Based on your logic, the Angels, Astros, and Blue Jays should have all made the postseason since their pitching staffs gave up fewer runs this season than the Cardinals. If you go by team ERA, you can add the Marlins, Indians, Diamondbacks, Reds, and Pirates to that list. Also, based on your logic, San Diego should have beat St. Louis in the NLDS and then the Mets in the NLCS. Based on your logic, the Indians, Phillies, Whitesox, Red Sox, Atlanta, and Rangers should have all made the playoffs since their hitting was in the top 10 in all of baseball. Also, based on your logic, the Yankees should have beat the Tigers in the ALDS, and then the A's in the ALCS. What does that show? Both of you are using logic that doesn't lead to an answer. EDIT: Wait a second, grassbass didn't even post anything about what he thought it'd take to win.
  19. Yes, the 2002 Angels pitched their way to a World Series victory.
  20. You can't fool us, abuck.
  21. Hahah, USC drives down the field with ease with about a minute left, stalls a bit but gets a FG and it's probablt going to be 16-10 at halftime.
  22. USC will play like crap the rest of the way, might even lose 1 or 2. But come the UCLA game, they'll show up, go for every 4th down and pull out every trick play (especially when already up by 40) and win by 50.
  23. Yay, Oregon State with the 53-yard FG. 16-7 Beavers.
  24. Was that screen pass designed to be thrown to the defensive end or is that how stupid Matt Moore is?
  25. That was so awesome. So how does Oregon State screw up turnover #4?
