    Seems like the Lions are going to take all the allocated time before they make a decision. How long does it take to decide if you're going to accept millions of dollars? It's not like they're going to deny the bid. They're desperate for money. It might take that long to get all the board of directors together for the meeting.

    So he's got last year's team back together and everyone's healthy as of now (sans Prior?). That was the bare minimum. Yes, the team as constructed is probably not a 96-loss team again, but it'd still struggle to be a .500 team. Color me not excited yet. Hendry has the rest of the offseason to improve the team or screw up. I'll be more interested in grading him then.

    I have no problem with one at age 32. Rosenthal makes the same point that Tim, Outshined and others have already made in this thread...Aramis at age 32 is not the same as Aramis at age 28, opting out might not be in his best interest. He'd be past his prime.

My bad. dude, are you going to deny any of what we are saying were bs calls? even those you concede cost the Bears 3 points. you are right, the roughing call was weak, I said so at the time, although that is the rule. be a man and stand up and admit that you got some calls tonight. Most people wouldn't even be posting at this point, so Shavo's a stand up guy in my book. Agreed.

    There were at least 5 game threads longer than this, and I'm pretty sure there was a Juan Pierre thread longer, and the Aramis thread in Transactions now is longer. It's long, but it's not by any stretch near the top. There were some CRAZY long Maddux and Nomar threads. Longest non-Cub thread. BEARS WIN! BEARS WIN! BEARS WIN! CHITCHAT!
