    Huh? October is the culmination of the entire season and what baseball is all about. Even when the Cubs aren't in it, it's hard for me to say that it's devoid of sports. The only time I don't watch the playoffs is if the Cubs made it and then were eliminated. I didn't watch a pitch of the 03 WS, nor did I watch the playoffs last year post NLDS. Watching the 04 ALCS as an outsider rooting for the Red Sox was absolutely awesome. Anyway, once we finish this deep October run, hopefully Derrick Rose and the Bears will hold me over until mid February.
