the series in which we were eliminated so in series the cubs lost they lost a lot. cool story bro well, yeah. that's why i said i suppose that's true. because it's kind of a stupid thing to bring up.
in the elimination series, i suppose 2015, 2008, 2007, 2003, 1998, 1989, 1984 checks out what is an elimination series? the series in which we were eliminated
it was 3 am, I was drunk and I didn't "go" to bed. Not faulting you for that. I'm talking about people (not just here) who said they went to bed during the game...either because they thought we were going to win (which, wouldn't you want to horsefeathering see that play out and see the celebration?!) or because they were giving up after the 8th.
It's one thing to go to a concert (which I properly took horsefeathers for), but I can't believe how many people I'm hearing of who went to bed during a playoff game last night. For horsefeathers's sake.
This is the most sobering statement on the Cubs losing I've heard yet. Imagine being tempted to pay attention to football? That's almost as terrible as hockey. yiiiiiiiiikes
Giants will have all the momentum and nothing to lose. But the Cubs have a lot of veterans on this team that have been here before and can steady the team hopefully There's no such horsefeathering thing as horsefeathering momentum you horsefeathering horsefeathers.
why in the horsefeathers It was a close game/save situation going into the 9th so I think he was already loose/warming up. Not that I'm defending Dusty i mean, i get that....i would've sat him as soon as reddick misplayed that ball, esp considering he was used yesterday. whatever, 9 pitches, but yea
