Maybe after the additional StubHub fees were figured in (for the buyer)? I don't personally believe it, but it might just be my section. I heard others talk about profiting well on every game.

Injury concerns? Acquisition cost concerns? Or both? Also, going after Duffy, Davis, and Cain is savvy. I'd suspect it'd probably cost a lot, but I like that idea. He's fine. Just that his peripherals are nothing to write home about. I was on this soapbox the last time his name came up during the season.

Yep. And at least we have Goldman from 2015. On the other hand, if White can even manage to find any role in a WR rotation at this point, I'll consider it a success. Oh well. And I agree on Hall. I like him.

The Cubs have reached the status now where players should be willing to go all Heyward and take less to play for us.....right? Meh...the 108 year thing is gone. There's the whole "join a really good team in a fun city" aspect to it but I don't know if that plays as well. I know Theo and Jed made a point of how big of a deal the drought was to FA's, but who really knows how much that really meant numerically..maybe a mil or two AAV on a multi year deal.
