not all... but a bunch. when people pop up on the suggestions i add them if i have any idea who they are. i don't even know why but occasionally something interesting or fun comes of it. or a lot of times another cubs twitter person will like/retweet and it'll pop in my feed as well.

Given the entirety of his career, he's probably our 3rd best 25 and under. There's probably room for debate with Baez and Happ though, given recency.

Taking a stab in the dark here, was the reference "the field" as in any 3rd player on the roster, since the first 2 are so good. That was my guess.

i'm never this guy, but damn if i'm not a little emo about having to start the playoffs again and possibly not being world champs anymore. i'm not ready to let go yet. i guess that leaves only one option (ignore the royals hashtag).

That would make sense. At least wait to see how the AL games go today since you could have at least one Game 4 be guaranteed. i thought it was weird too...but theo and pretty much everyone on the station was saying their contacts at the cubs said they were expecting to know by late this morning. oh well.

They wouldn't. We're going to know this morning. Last year for Game 3, the Nationals/Dodgers was in the day and Cubs/Giants at night. If the Cubs won game 3, game 4 of LA/WAS would be the next night. If the Cubs lost, the game would be mid-afternoon, (with Cubs at night). The Cubs lost in 13 innings at like 2 AM et so the Nationals and Dodgers didn't find out until 11pm PT the night before that they were playing the next afternoon. Theo said yesterday, and the Score was previously reporting, that the Cubs told them that late morning today at the latest is when we would know.

For Monday probably when they know for sure if or what AL games will be played But they might know that until Sunday night. AL games that day are 2:30 and 7:30 ET. If the AL series split the first two, then they'll know by early evening on Friday. But if Houston and Cleveland win tomorrow, you have to wait until Game 3 is played to know if there's a Game 4. Would they really wait until the night before the game to release the game time for the Cubs? DBacks-Dodgers don't have to worry since they'll be the late game regardless. They wouldn't. We're going to know this morning.
