    he was a garbage 2nd round pick.Maybe one day he'll get into the rotation but he was drafted in the 2nd round by a team with many holes and no weapons and he can't see the field. That's bad. Yep. Trubisky forced the issue. Tarik forced the issue. The fact that Shaheen hasn't doesn't bode well for his future. Trubisky didn't force the issue so much as Glennon did. ...I'll concede that Trubisky lighting it up in preseason helped, but if Glennon didn't suck ass as much as anyone we've ever see play the position, he'd still be starting. Tarik...ehh... He was pretty much always going to be in the RB rotation, especially given that Carey got hurt and they were fed up with Langford.

    in its brief appearances last regular season, and this preseason, it seems like hoi-ball would actually be fun to watch if they had decent players doing it we're weirdly competitive, even though it's preseason. this'll probably look laughable in a few months or weeks, but i kinda think they might not be bad enough to be as bad as they want to be. by that i mean, might be a 25-30 win team rather than a 15 win team.

    crap. i don't like this getting play. he's going to be shamed into pitching. i'd prefer it was their dumb manager's decision so that it would stay that way. They’re already saying he is unavailable tomorrow. Gio and Scherzer may get an inning, but Strasburg is out. there's nothing binding about that

    If you mean a year or two, then id agree. But most top wr’s are hitting their stride in yr 2. Considering we are trending towards a top-5 pick, if one is appropriate for the draft slot, i think you draft him i'll always be about BPA, so if it actually happened to be a WR, fine, but id rather someone who can be more impactful next season. it's time to do the cubs 2014-15 type offseason with this team. Let's go.

    yeah barring a calvin johnson like prospect i think i'd rather sign a WR than draft one high. they seem to usually take a bit to develop.

    FWIW, DVOA has Baltimore's defense #2 in the league right now. 2nd against the pass, 17th against the run.
