  1. i think the fact that he didn't try to force anything today is impressive in its own right
  2. i think john fox legitimately believes he's coaching tebow again this is what those games looked like
  3. I did. It was still dumb to get rid of him. nah.
  4. There is no way this crap is what loggains wants to be running. Just no way.
  5. I'm so glad we haven't actually been trying to score at all
  6. I love Puig. I wish he were bat flipping and curtain calling for us.
  7. Hoge and jahns were saying Fox is heavily interfering with play calling and it would make sense that the conservatism comes from him
  8. probably just a throwaway quote...someone probably asked him and he said yeah. there's no way corey seager wouldn't be on the roster if he could play.
  9. yes, that number and several others. One for online purchases also which is different I guess. NOBODY knows where these seats are located or has any details. Tickets say "restrictions, ADA". Who did you buy these from
  10. (800) 843-2827 is that the number you called? 1 800 the cubs?
  11. the box office refused to answer your question? the box office stated that i'd have to check with the venue not the cubs :-k meanwhile the venue numbers were no good what? you called the cubs ticket office and they referred you to the venue? and these are tickets for wrigley field?
  12. the box office refused to answer your question?
  13. They even had Harper 2 and Rendon 3 for the first three games of the series and switched to this lineup for Games 4 and 5 because they were more productive (against garbage teams). I'll give Dusty a pass for Turner because pretty much every manager in the bigs would bat him first, but moving Werth to the two spot was inexcusable. Love that we only had to face one of their big 4 in the ninth instead of two. plus there's nothing wrong with hitting turner there. he's a good hitter and a great baserunner.
  14. as someone who has tried unsuccessfully to fool themselves into liking the blackhawks since they got really horsefeathering good, i agree that adults who develop allegiances to new teams are weirdos.
  15. apparently, seager's back has been barking at him. didn't participate in the dodgers' workout today.
  16. fwiw i'm pretty sure he just really thinks maddon and baker are horrific in game managers he was on the score today and was just going on and on about all the bad decisions they've made
  17. just realized tbs gets the nlcs too thought we were done with this mickey mouse crap for a second
  18. for anyone who didn't see this already [tweet] [/tweet]
  19. yeah. holy horsefeathering horsefeathers, man.
  20. But they do. And they're the ones writing it off.
  21. Even I wouldn't miss game five for a concert
