Oh, 100% agree on the last part. I’m a bit higher on the OL than you are, but 15 feels about right given the complete lack of pass rush and uncertainty surrounding Caleb and much of the skill position group. Assuming health and that Ben Johnson and this coaching staff is a real step up from Eberflus & co., there’s a path to the playoffs there.

It looks like PCA adjusted his body a bit right before the catch to set himself up for the throw. Maybe that’s what you’re interpreting as duping the runner? Otherwise I don’t see anything out of the ordinary.
