    Maybe it was me, but the softball unis look like they're a darker shade of blue than they used to be. I didn't mind them before, but i hated the way they looked today. Could have just been the crappy TV I was watching on, i guess.

    I don't think anybody says Soriano is a bad player. He has his faults, but when he's hot he makes up for them. The problem is he is getting paid way too much.

    Braun would be the last of the three I'd trade. i'd imagine Laporta would be the first to be traded, he'll be cheap and have the most trade value, and Braun and Fielder should be entrenched as franchise faces by then (if they aren't already) Unless the Brewers don't think they can afford both Braun and Fielder. Off topic, but it kinda takes the sting out of seeing that picture when I look at the box score and see Corey hitting .200 with a .235 OBP in your leadoff spot.(only 5 games in, I know) Unless that's what you were going for with it. ....what ever happened to Jake the pirate's fan?

    I think a lot of it is the baggy pants that all of the Brewers wear. They look awful. Even worse on Fielder, though, because he's such a fat ass.

    The thing is, Theriot sucks and this is only slightly below what you can expect from him throughout the year. Soriano, Lee, and Aram will, barring injury, pick things up and be around their career norms.

    That would be great. But I think Lee could go 0 for the season and still hit 3rd, so the best bet is to hit Fuku 2nd, which is where I think he'll end up by the end of April.

    My guess is Braun will eventually become an adequate defensive left fielder. Still, I wouldn't be too shocked if he's sent to the AL at some point in the next few years. Although, the Brewers might be sent to the AL in the next few years...or is that rumor dead?

    If I was the manager of another team, I would just bring up my least impressive AAA pitcher to pitch against the Cubs. and I would win.

    Did anybody else find it hilarious when Brenly said "Well I didn't think it was possible for Fielder to look any worse than he did before" when they were talking about his new high socks?

    Shockingly enough, Dusty pulled him after 7 and only 92 pitches. That's...more carefully than my old highschool coach used to treat me. That won't last long. I'm probably a bad person for hoping that cincy is in the wildcard race late in the season so that Dusty overuses those young guys.

    Ask this question while we're playing the Cardinals and the Cardinals would have won the poll. They need to ask this while we're playing the Padres or something to get an accurate result.
