Congrats to Kamerion Wimbley on being an NFL bust -
That was one hell of a shot he hit to win the game tonight. A game the Cavs had to have. And all James had to do was take 4.5 steps to make the shot. Officiating for star players in the NBA is crawling ever closer to WWE levels... There's not a player in the NBA they'd call a travel on in that situation. Maybe not a star player, but if it were Smush Parker or some other scrub takign a jump stop, and then 2 extra steps in the lane I'd bet they'd call it. I didn't see that. His pivot foot slid, but he jump stopped and ducked under with a pivot. Didn't seem that outrageous to me.

I didn't realize Tampa didn't pick until 24. Guess it'll work out well seeing them pick after the Cubs game is over. -

Do you think he would cost less than Choi or Pena? Probably not, but he has more value when Lee returns than either of those two. Like I said before, if the injury is going to force you into a move, I'd prefer it to be someone who's still going to help you out after Lee gets back beyond a strictly PH role, since none of the options are big bats. Now, if the choice is Pena as a FA on Tuesday or trading for Cuddyer, then I think you go after Pena. EDIT: To expand upon Cuddyer, he's everything that Freddie Bynum's roster spot should be. Can get on base, hit for some pop, and also play all over the place.

Those 4 may be better than Wagner, Dotel, Lidge, and their 4th man, but I don't think they are in the same category 3 on 3. Here's some combined numbers for Wagner/Lidge/Dotel from '03 258 IP, 2.61 ERA, 1.01 WHIP, 10.43 K/9, 3.11 K/BB
