  1. I've gotten zero singles left as well for the opener.
  2. Wow I guess not it kicked out my first window after I opened the second one. Yeah, I don't mess with TM.

  4. I'll be online trying as well, I had moderate playoff success, so I hope that continues.
  5. \ On the other fan, he's 100% OK with being a terrible manager and appearing old and senile through his decision making. Where is the first fan?
  6. What's his new number? I havent seen him, but yankees.com has him in #39
  7. He's like a senior in high school. Come and go, disinterested
  8. [expletive] YOU [expletive] MORONS ?? All that says is they will not be able to deal him in the next two days. Not that they have to trade him over the winter.
  9. I withdraw my complaint. This clearly should not have been televised.
  10. This stuff should be on TV,, or at the least their website.
  11. I read this article by Neyer years ago and the usage of "1.4*obp + slg = wOPS" has kind of stuck with me.
  12. First time the Cards have been shutout in consecutive games since September 24 and 25, 1995, under Torre. First time LaRussa has been shutout in consecutive games since June 15 and 16, 1993, with Oakland. Cubs most recently shutout in consecutive games: May 4 and 5 2005. (4 in 6 games, yikes)
  13. Ok so I was 1 at bat early 7 actually. 1 actually. Soto, 6 other outs, a sac bunt and a walk. That's 7 AB, or 9 PA. 1 Soto AB. Is this hard?
  14. Reasoner (1.2) traded for Taffe (.55). I will never forget the memories Marty!!
  15. Can't really fire someone who isn't under contract.
  16. Can't really fire someone who isn't under contract.
  17. I'll watch one or two on opening day (for the Bulls) each year.
  18. It was mildly disappointing. I thought there would be more highlights of the various series, important goals, and such. Like Game 5 against Nashville -- how about the whole play to win in OT? The extra were pretty nice though. See I don't think I'll be disapointed tonight when I watch because I kind of expected it to not have a ton of action or parts of games. From what I understood, it's basically a 1 hour movie about the Hawks season, not necessarily a bunch of clips of plays from throughout the season. You're expectations are right where they need to be. It is just like "Learning to Fly", and all those Bulls movies.
  19. In the Halladay trade, Andre's Army receives Sultan's 3rd rounder and Hosak's 1st rounder. In the Phillips trade, Andre's Army receives Cubbiebum's 2nd rounder. CB receives AA's 13th rounder (becomes a 12th if CB makes the finals) In the Zobrist trade, AA receive's Hosak's 2nd rounder, Hosak receives CB's 2nd rounder.
  20. Seems appropriate for a Cubs fan.
  21. Same here. People got really excited because Redick had some decent play but I'd definitely rather have Brewer. It's just so weird to have 3 free agents from the same team end up with the same team. While pretty much true, remember that Brewer was traded to Memphis last season. And then like immediately got hurt. So like I said...
  22. I was watching until the Cubs game started, that wind has been crazy.
  23. Ahahaha, Lilly fights back for a walk.
