I'd like to see that. Couldn't get ESPN3 to work in office. They did a post-match interview with Bradley, and that's what he said, twice. "We were just trying to get clarification on why the goal was waved off. Nobody knows." fwiw, online stats currently credit USA with 0 offsides for the match. I'm extremely curious to see if an explanation is given. I'm guessing they'll fall back on some ticky-tack thing off the ball. Agreed, one of those "holding happens on every play in the NFL" type things.

Would you prefer the bow/courtsey? I'd prefer nothing. It's silly. Acknowledging the crowd is weird? Just end the game and walk off? yes, it is. These guys fly across the Atlantic, to see you play for 2 hours, and to spend 10 seconds responding it weird. That is absurd.

Assuming England wins: SLV 4 ENG 4 USA 2 ALG 0 So a USA win, and a non draw for ENG/SLV means advancement. A 2 goal USA win and a ENG/SLV draw means advancement.
