  1. We'd still be one power bat away from having a good offense, while at the same time paying an extra 10 million for a pitcher who would probably put up the same stats as Hill. Well, as Hoops suggested, maybe it's possible to get him without giving up Hill, but we're going to remain one power bat away from having a good offense as long as the organization keeps this infatuation with Ryan Theriot.
  2. Trade Hill+others for Crawford, then maybe sign Schilling to take Hill's spot in the rotation, fill out the bench and call it an offseason?
  3. I'm a big fan of how the announcements are kind of separated up at the top, I think that's kinda nice.
  4. I think you could put up 60 on them if you play well. Kyle Field is a pain in the ass but the fans probably want nothing more than a reason to boo Fran straight out of college station. I think a bad loss followed by that will make them happy. It's in Columbia though, so ;)
  5. Why's that? Don't you get FSN?
  6. Mizzou-A&M is on FSN as well. We should have no problem beating them at home, but we better not take them lightly.
  7. So, that would be this Wednesday if I'm not mistaking, right?
  8. Agreed. If you can add a big offensive bat (whether it be Drew or A-Rod or Fukudome), you can get by with letting Felix bat eighth and develop. You'd be able to let him make mistakes and learn the game because you've added more quality hitters to your lineup. In terms of Drew's contract, he signed for 5/70 last year. I don't know how it is distributed though.
  9. New BCS is out: http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/BCSStandings
  10. Stop talking like that guys, you're going to jinx it.
  11. Looks great Tim, well done!
  12. The only way we go undefeated and miss the title game is if there are 2 other undefeated teams. Are we "this" good? We're well coached. We're pretty talented but not as talented as the heavy hitters. And we won't run the table regardless. next week at OK State will be tough, and I think we'll lose to Mizzou. I'll take 10-2 and a bowl, if that's what it comes to. Kansas is really well coached this year, and it's pretty amazing how much more improved Mangino and the staff are this year from what they were even two years ago. Same goes for Pinkel. Both coaches have really improved their coaching ability as their tenures have continued.
  13. Mizzou up 31-10 at half. Defense looks great again.
  14. I was talking to my friend earlier about how Mizzou hasn't taken too many shots deep this season, and they are doing it all day today. I love it.
  15. Mizzou forces and recovers a big fumble, pending a review. I don't see how they could turn this over though, no way his arm was going forward.
  16. Mizzou looks like a bunch of retards today.
  17. Oregon is so good.
  18. Daniel's 3-10 but our receivers have dropped at least 4 or 5 passes. And now a blocked punt. Awful.
  19. So many drops...
  20. Nice win by you guys today. You guys have played really well these past three weeks.
  21. Adam Crossett is the worst punter in the nation.
  22. hahahha what.
