  1. Taking a cold shower to keep the doom boner down… This is terrible, wow.
  2. My God is Nebraska’s QB bad.
  3. Yeah I just read about Watson. Expecting a steady diet of running and outlet pass / screens.
  4. Damn that feels good. To be the team that put the brakes on MIL’s streak makes me think the Cubs might have something ‘brewing’
  5. Thank you so much for making that quick and easy.
  6. Moments like this have taken years off my life. I just know it.
  7. Absolutely yes. My Brewer fan friends don’t even get it.
  8. Definitely. I mean that Hoerner AB alone is 2 runs simply wiped away.
  9. 0-7 RISP. That just ain’t gonna cut it.
  10. Cubs are getting hits just can’t break through. Frustrating. Hopefully different story here.
  11. It seems that on either end of the spectrum, the run differential makes sense. The really good teams have a very positive run differential, and the really bad teams have a big negative. In the middle, it tends to make less sense to me. The Brewers spent a lot of the season in negative run differential territory even though they were in first place. San Diego has a significant positive run differential, but they’re out of the playoffs(in all likelihood).
  12. Other than a respite later in September (Pirates/Rockies), the Cubs are going through the gauntlet from here 'til the end. If they do make the playoffs, it will be because they played well against good teams.
  13. I missed a lot of this game but I’m watching the replay right now. He looked really good to me on a couple drives. If anything I feel like he somewhat confirmed his potential IMO. He’s quick and decisive with the ball, he’s athletic, and he’s fearless. I don’t know if he’s QB2 but I think the Bears would be wise to try to keep him around.
  14. They should lose their challenge when the end result is same, heh.
  15. Yeah I was about to say it seems like the bats are cold.
  16. That was a terrible strike call. Not sure it would matter though.
  17. This isn’t working.. Mound visit please.
