I went to bed, figured the Eagles would win it. My mistake, although in my defense I'm dead tired crate training a puppy.

I'm obviously not in the loop on this but are people not giving up their season tix after years of bad-to-mediocre baseball? I would have thought so. Maybe not everyone but surely a percentage are getting frustrated enough to not lay out a huge chunk of change for this. -
It was never put together in the first place. It’s an offense that has yet to show us anything of substance.

I want to give the line a few more games before agreeing they're bad. But it's just horrible watching them get beat silly.

You beat me by 3 minutes 😀 What I saw on Sunday from the Colts was so bad I struggle to think of a worse effort against the run.

Another little nugget of hope. The Bears are 1-1, the defense is very good. And the schedule coming up isn't incredibly challenging. They need to re-group and come out next week against a Colts team that was so bad at stopping the run Sunday it was truly comical.

Missing on every single damn deep ball is driving me crazy too.

Caleb is good - very good - at the quick throws, short to medium range. People always want the deep ball. So do I. But guys like Brady and even Rodgers made a living loosening up defenses with entire scoring drives utilizing short passing. And Caleb can do those throws. He has what I almost never saw from Fields: quick release and quick reads. I'm trying to find little nuggets of hope here. That's one of them. Also, with no run game at all it's going to hurt the passing game badly. The Bears were so bad at running the ball yesterday I swear I could smell it coming through the TV.

God I hate harping on this but why do you do a massive overhaul of the roster, bring in #1 franchise QB paired with a top tier WR… …and then stick with a two-time failure HC? What is it that Poles sees in this Flus? He was a fine coordinator but not HC material.

Yeah this was incredibly painful. I can say terrible line play, Caleb sucking, no run game. All of it can be true at the same time. It was just bad on O all around. The defense on the other hand was very Impressive. Through all of that, Houston didn’t make 20 points.

Man, the defense has been incredible tonight under extreme pressure. wouldn’t it be nice to see a drive here, even if they don’t win

You’ll see nothing but blitzing from here on out. Thats the problem I see moving on from this game. Unless the Bears can solve that it’s going to be ugly.
