  1. Raw, I slept on it and I'm still angry and want Flus gone. And Stevenson to be benched.
  2. It stood out but I'm choosing to focus on the fact that he engineered a drive that resulted in what should have been the winning score. That's a pretty good indicator that he's not going to be shaken mentally even if he has a bad game.
  3. Caleb’s numbers weren’t good but he had two drives down to the goal line, one of which gave the Bears the lead. I wish he lit it up but grabbing the lead with seconds left is something we haven’t seen much of and it’s in the first half of his first season. And on the road. I’m still on board the Caleb train.
  4. I’m going to sleep it off but you understand, many of us called for Flub’s head last offseason and I for one am still bitter about that. It’s not just about this game.
  5. Dude wasn’t even paying attention to the play as the ball was snapped. oh I’m sorry but no way he should play after that. A minimum requirement of the job is to have your body turned towards the other team. Bench him. Flus is the worst. He just gives them the yardage to put them in position. Someone explain please, why is he still our HC??
  6. Yep. Add this one to the list.
  7. At one point this offseason I could’ve sworn I heard Velus was gone. But he wasn’t. Maybe it was just me thinking that the logical thing happened.
  8. Dislocated ankle requiring surgery. Just thinking about that makes me shiver.
  9. Neither team is tested against a quality opponent. The Commanders beat Cincinnati who was considered quality at the beginning of the year but find themselves 3-4 and looking for answers. The others: NYG (2-5), AZ (3-4), CLE (1-6), CAR (1-6). The Bears are similar, having no quality wins. This game is a battle between two teams that think they might have something, but have no real proof of it on the field.
  10. I'd like to see a joystick war between those two as well, but it's somewhat balanced by wanting the Bears to win the game 😁
  11. I hope he continues not to try that. He knows he's going to have more opportunities. It shouldn't feel "critical" that he maximize the yardage on a run. It should feel like he's going to come back and make another great play so it's better to not take any kind of risk. There will be some situations where he has to push it but most of the time it's totally fine to stay out of danger.
  12. It's interesting how that magic dust from Lambeau didn't follow Rodgers to NYJ. Well, actually it's not surprising. It rarely does.
  13. My sister the UM grad’s Insta feed is strangely silent today.
  14. That Cutty booking photo. Yeesh.

    NFL Week 6

Well Rodgers didn’t bomb like I wanted but that heart-ripping INT at the end was sexy.

    NFL Week 6

    Yeah that would suck.

    NFL Week 6

I’m ready. Ready to watch Rodgers suck.
  18. The fast pace is great. I don't know how defenses can really stop that unless Caleb makes a mistake. There's no chance for a pass rush. The ball comes out way too quick for anyone to read his eyes. If he puts it on target I'm very comfortable DBs can't effectively defend it. These 15 plays, LOL drop that crap it doesn't work.
  19. I mean, the Packers offensive strategy in many games is to establish the run game, drawing defenses in and then start burning them with mid to long range passes. I don't think that's a Bears homer meme. It may not be the right thing for the Bears to do with Williams though, especially since I don't feel like our run game is in the same league as the Packers.
  20. Yeah “no one is open” seems like the new “needs to set his feet.” The greats don’t need any of that to succeed.
  21. That pass. I’m sure it’s happened before for the Bears but I don’t recall. Wow
