  1. They all pick us to have a great game in net it seems.
  2. If they get a 2nd goal being dominated like this I'm going to be mad.
  3. Oohhh, how can that have been stopped dammit.
  4. I hate to be a downer, but everyone is banking on tapping these free agents. There will be choices for these guys, and frankly right now the Bulls are surely not high on the list. I hope we land a superstar FA but I'm not at all certain it will happen.
  5. Getting some good looks, but nothing getting by. Sometimes I feel like they go for the lone shot with no screenage in front. But there have been some good scrambles too. Hossa getting plenty of time. I like how he came back 100% ready, rather than phasing him in.
  6. They're tough to watch. They've regressed since earlier in the year too.
  7. Cool, this one is on Comcast so I can watch. Nice to have some Hawks on a cold snowy night. Especially when the Bulls are stinking it up.
  8. Hawk players uncontested under the basket. That's about all I took from that first half. A couple fleeting Rose moments.
  9. What sort of mistakes is he making? I really know nothing of basketball strategy, so I'm serious. As a casual observer it seems to me the Bulls put too much faith in a mediocre journeyman who had a couple nice months, and just aren't very talented. Just off the top of my head, not calling a defense to defend the 3 against the Celtics in OT last year stands out. It wasn't that Ray Allen drained the 3, it was that nobody was even covering the line. I'm no basketball strategist either. I do see things like this, and I wonder why we can't have a coach who at least has some experience. I definitely agree there are holes in the roster though.
  10. Yeah but Vinny is very clearly making mistakes that other coaches aren't making. It's right there for the world to see during the games. You've got to believe if the gaffs are that visible, there's a ton of other stuff underneath that sucks too. It's like anything else. You likely only see the tip of the iceberg.
  11. Note to our fearless leaders: you hire a guy who doesn't even know what the job is. This is what you get. I'm just really interested in seeing Pax & Reinsdorf not doing stuff anymore that obviously has little chance of working. Let's stay within the realm of likely success, instead of unlikely success, please. It can't be that hard. Hiring Vinny was a dumb move from the beginning, and many people who are only casual observers said it at the time. That means it wasn't that hard to see. So this is a big disappointment from a leadership standpoint. I don't even blame Vinny.
  12. Here's a good example of a player that I think most of us can agree would be a nice addition, depending on price. Now watch Hendry ignore this guy in favor of another "Miles" type player/deal.
  13. Last year was Wolf's career best, I think. So he's riding a crest right now.
  14. 'Tis true, no? All we need to do is figure out how to get Kiffin to send a few hostesses our way for kind posts on the message board. I see no problem here.
  15. Rogers is really out to lunch if he thinks this is some kind of disaster. Which from the article, it seems like he's of that mindset.
  16. That article says that she left their 1.2m California mansion. Um. 1.2m won't get you a California mansion. especially when you live in Florida I was pretty sure their home was in Florida, but all I knew for sure that I could comment on is that there probably aren't any 1.2m mansions in California. That article is nearly incomprehensible. I'm not even sure what they are trying to say, exactly.
  17. It was pretty well understood they'd struggle this year. At least from my perspective. Still, I wasn't expecting last night to happen.
  18. I thought I saw the Nets with a higher score than the Bulls. But then I realized I must be delusional. Because that can't be. Just cannot be.
  19. My thought is that bad weather would be neutral in this case. It might even favor the Pack a bit because I like their run game better.
  20. Somewhere in that neighborhood sounds about right. I can't see the Bears challenging the Packers right now. If they do that's great, but I can't see it.
  21. Of course we get the Packers just as they are really hot.
  22. whah whah whah.... Seriously, what the heck is going on down there?
  23. Of course now that I say bad things about the Ravens they come back.
  24. Baltimore's offense remains questionable. This one is unfolding as expected.
  25. Fine but no more Gathright or Miles signings plz. Not with the idea that they are actually good players, which is what it seems Hendry was doing last year. If that is what he is going to do again, then I really would rather just play a young player.
