  1. No way. No effin' way.
  2. I know. Houston. MUST STOP.
  3. No. It can't be.
  4. Short? Wow.
  5. Wow, Titans are about to watch their season go bye-bye to the Skins right here.
  6. hahah! Sanchez blows it.
  7. A couple pages back I said the Texans suck. Obviously that meant they were about to come back on the Jets.
  8. OH, Cleveland Cleveland Cleveland. Make a tackle. For the sake of your city, make a tackle.
  9. There are Packer fans who freely donned Jets and Vikings Favre jerseys, so yeah. I'm not really sure what that sector of Packerdom is feeling right now. I was in Madison a few Sundays ago eating breakfast (at a restaurant) when a guy wearing a Favre Vikings jersey walked in. They kicked him out. Yeah, but the thing is -- there were so many Favre turncoats, it's very likely that some of those who now cast a dim eye towards Favre are being hypocritical about it.

  11. Bengals vs Vikings was totally my Super Bowl pick. I was recently in the Cincy area for work. Needless to say, nobody is really in the mood to talk Bengals down there :)
  12. Cincy is kinda like the AFC's Vikings. Now they're losing to the Bills, LOL.
  13. How many more years are the Texans going to suck after being predicted to be good?
  14. we just lost a fumble-return TD due to another [expletive] call of forward progress we can't beat them and the refs Bah, they really needed that stop.
  15. Nice overthrow of a wide open receiver, Brett. Detroit is staying close to the Cowboys.
  16. I was surprised Hawkins still had a job, but I guess they had to pay him a large sum of money to no longer coach the team. I guess sometimes even having a great record at a smaller school doesn't always translate to a different situation.
  17. Dallas seemed to gain life with the firing of their coach so playing them post Childress may not be in your best interest. I believe there are factors in play with the Vikings that a coaching change can't fix. I guess we're about to find out if that's true.
  18. haha, i thought it fit the mess that is/was the ryno/cubs managerial search. What 'mess?' Nobody guaranteed Sandberg a job. Disappointment on the part of Ryno -- that's fair. I'd be disappointed too. But this idea that there's some kind of fiasco, or mess, or catastrophe, is way overboard. They groomed him, but in the end decided to go in another direction. That's it. The Cubs aren't the first, nor will they be the last, to do this.
  19. One of the big Viking stories this year that hasn't been talked about is the amazing, fall-off-a-cliff disappearance of Allen. When a guy goes from great to horrible that quickly and there's no obvious injury, it makes one wonder...
  20. I'm enjoying watching the Vikings implosion too much to notice it's not really in my best interest this week. Although -- the more the Vikings check out, the better the likelihood that the Bears will win their upcoming game in the dome, I think.
  21. Hahahahahhh! No FG for you.
  22. I think they're in the locker room right now bickering at each other. Rodgers comes out and sticks the knife in, ends the Vikings' season for good. Already hearing the boos. Listen for more.
  23. I know. It's priceless. But I'm pretty sensitive to some of the things that are being thrown around about this whole thing. That latest one was a real doosey. I mean, the entire point of everything regarding the Vikings is that Childress is pretty much trapped with Favre. Don't come back in week 11 and start telling me it would be a simple matter to bench Favre. That's just really stupid to even suggest. The entire story of the 2010/2011 Vikings is the fact that they handcuffed themselves to a dead horse and can't get out.
  24. Wait, what? It's an easy decision to bench Favre? If it's such an easy decision then why hasn't it been made? He just cost you 7 points, he's been turning the ball over all year like crazy. The fact is, it's an extraordinarily *HARD* decision to bench Favre, because of who he is, because of his legend status, because you as a coach personally begged him to play for you, and because what you have to replace him is less than impressive. If that's what Childress really said then with all due respect he's full of crap (not that we didn't know that already anyway).
  25. LOL. The canucks are such a bunch of whiners.
