Well, they were always awful. It's just that they are seeing another difficult pass rush scheme for the first time since the Giants, which not coincidentally was the last time they looked truly awful.

But the reason why is so there isn't a huge TD pass, so you have an opportunity to make a play like that to hold them to 3. It kind of sucks, but I can't disagree with the strategy.

Yea this is exactly what the Eagles should do. Run the screens, dump offs to draw us in, and then pop the long passes. Should have been an easy, wide open TD toss there.
