  1. What a junk call against the Vikings.
  2. Man. Don't know what to watch. All the games are in play late. Texans tie it (with EP to come). Edit: wow, on a crazy play!
  3. Bills take the lead, awesome.
  4. Wait, WHUT? Bills tied it up and have the ball?
  5. I'm going to make it my mission that you become a fan, willing or not. Beat North Dakota State first.
  6. There are holes all over that Saints defense, and we couldn't exploit ANY of them. That's pretty disheartening. Look at the Texans slice and dice that weak junk.
  7. I saw it live. Couldn't believe the drop. Then heard Santos' call, and couldn't stop laughing. We made the playoffs that year so ultimately it didn't matter much. That weird first base line play against the Stros was probably more instrumental to our playoff appearance. But it was fun seeing Santos simply lose all control. Laughing?? Fun? WTF is wrong with you? It was well afterwards that I finally heard Santos' call of it.
  8. I liked your original idea of letting it go. Why? Because it's just some silly fan thing that most of us Bear fans say, simply because it seems like there's some weird correlation. I can't imagine any of us really believe players are sitting around waiting for news headlines to become motivated.

  10. I'm not counting on it.
  11. I'm sick of hearing about it, but the truth is they are a pretty good football team. Mostly I'd just like to fast forward to the end of Rodgers career and rig the draft so the Pack doesn't get another super QB.
  12. What makes the troughs unsanitary? Uhh, there's bacteria flying around most bathrooms, most epsecially something like a big pee-trough setup like what is in place at Wrigley. Are you being serious, or do you just not realize the plethora of every-day bacteria that we live with on an ongoing basis?
  13. Wait. THE PEE TROUGHS AREN'T SANITARY!?! OH MY GOD!!!!!
  14. OK. I'll give him a break. Provided he doesn't make it a habit, I'm willing to forgive his transgression (as if he really cares what I think ) :)
  15. People who always do something bad, usually do so because they simply are bad.

  17. i think we learned how valuable harris is last week. that guy is an impact player. He's at least not a complete catastrophe waiting to happen, like Wright. Major has "back breaking bomb" written all over him.
  18. They can probably just nail Cutler without blitzing all that much, as has been said.
  19. In my opinion there are 3 majors factors the Bears cannot rely on; the offensive line, the receivers, and the secondary. All three of them are anywhere from subpar to horrible. It has gotten to the point where the WR coach is acting like a high school coach telling fans to love them or leave them. Those receivers are really bad. They provide no safety valve for Cutler, and of course with this offensive line you need that safety valve. The game will have to be won by Cutler, Forte, the dline and linebackers. But they might need another special teams break to make it happen. I think the Packers are still vulnerable to a KR/PR TD. That might be the only way, or multiple turnovers. Big ones.
  20. Well, it would be nice if our Bears came out, defended home turf, answered some questions, and won this damn game. But right now I'm skeptical. I think the Pack take this one and we spend another week questioning ourselves. *Sigh*, don't like this. It's really mostly because of this patchwork OLine. The one thing that we can't rely on, is a really big thing. At any rate, this is no doubt one of the most interesting matchups of the weekend. The GB/CHI rivalry lives on, and remains must-watch NFL football. We all win, in that respect.
  21. Let Ramirez test his market. He's not the future of this club, though I love him for what he's provided over the years.
  22. God. Stop with the rubber banding crap. If he's going to be out for weeks, just say it up front on Monday. This is horrible!
  23. Was Hughes the Counsell guy?
  24. Maybe they will blind defenders, keep them from knowing how to blitz.
  25. Yeah, they look like the Bears. They're being starved off on D, and their O is simply inept. The difference is, they're looking like this against the Giants, who are inferior to the Saints, at least to my eyes. Rams still suck. Bradford can't overcome this, especially with no RB to help him.
