  1. Well they better. We've got two undefeated teams and a bunch of other wild card likely clubs. It's not happening if we fall this far behind.
  2. If we lose this game, we'll be 1-3 with 2 much better teams ahead of us and a competitive conference. I'll say it right now: win this game, or season over.
  3. This just seems like a guy who is frustrated with a bad season. Pretty understandable, IMO. I'm pretty frustrated, too.
  4. Win or lose, there's no way the Steelers claim they are a top team being tied with the Colts with 2:09 left. They just don't look very good to me right now, period.
  5. There was an outside chance with that play, but it was really just the capper to a few other questionable calls through the game. That said though, I'm not pretending we played well enough to win this game, especially offensively.
  6. just wait until the Lions get consistently screwed on calls when playing GB. then I'll point out how "stupid" your comments are. yeah, i always make a complete ass out of myself when that happens exhibit a viewtopic.php?f=44&t=58233&p=2501927#p2501927 so the one time the Lions got ass-fucked on a call you held your temper? ok. I stand corrected. we were the 4th-most penalized team in the league last year (Bears: 19th-most), so it stands to reason there were myriad questionable calls that i was able to resist raging like a psychotic meatball over No, you hold yourself together because up until now your team hasn't been worth the trouble of getting worked up over.
  7. As someone else said, the worst thing about it is that the refs just robbed us of a chance to do something brilliant in the future. It's a fantastic play. But you get to do that once in a while, at best. Probably only get 1 time to really unveil it. And they robbed us of it. I fail to see the difference between the play standing and being overruled when it comes to the future of running said plays. How can you not? You don't think that teams might review that play?
  8. Sulley is awesome in this thread. I've got his back. Get lost 2nd class OU-fan citizen.
  9. Listening to the radio this morning, someone on the NFL Network called that upset. Can't remember who it was, but it made sense to me. The Raiders haven't been bad. The Jets had to travel all the way across country. Jets are good, but I don't think they are at all invincible, or even close.

  11. I really want someone to show me that hold.
  12. Come on that's ridiculous. There was no hold on that play.
  13. Unreal. It's like a Salvador Dali painting.
  14. When does Angelo's contract run out? I'm readying my pitchfork and torches.
  15. Well, now you gotta drop back. And brother, you gotta sit back there forever. And they're coming.
  16. Welcome to 1st and 25.
  17. Omiyale false starts that bury us in a hole are really getting old.
  18. It seems like Kellen has more capability than he's showing consistently.
  19. I haven't seen an angle that definitively shows it.
  20. Agreed. The Bears are averaging 0.2 yards per carry and have been losing all game. Of course the pass/run balance is going to skewed in the direction of the pass. But FOX continues to toss that graphic up like it's some sort of big deal. Now the criticism should be that Martz calls some really [expletive] plays. Because he does. And he doesn't take into account the Bears' WRs rarely can get open and the offensive line can't hold up for too long. I'm not defending Martz, but it's pretty hard to account for that. Screens, quick hitters, bootlegs to get Cutler on the move away from the pressure. He adjusted against Dallas last year. I know, but it's not always going to work like that. I'm not even really disagreeing with you. I just look at the gaping hole that is our offensive roster, and I doubt there's really much potential to be consistently productive.

  22. Yeah, so they give us a token makeup call hoping we'll forget the 45 yard penalty that they blew.
  23. Every play just doesn't work out.
