    At least the refs finally got sick of it enough to do something. That's some progress at least. I'm not sure Suh can stop being who he is. He's dirty as hell. Hopefully it severely limits his career.

    I'd very much like to stop hearing that Orton can't throw. It's true he's not the greatest, and his release is probably slow. He's not all that mobile. But the man can throw the football.

    Why would you say this when you just witnessed our defense win a game vs. Detroit in exactly this fashion? Counting on the defense to score doesn't seem like a solid game plan, I hope I'm wrong. Well, but it's all we've got now. And if any team can hang their hat on defense + special teams, surely it's us.

    Hard to believe any coach would take that job prior to the NCAA ruling anything. There can't be any way in hell Meyer takes that job. Just cannot be.

    Probably a good time to get off the bus running the ball. Then run it on the field too. Run it back on to the bus for good measure.

    I certainly hope not. Utilize Forte in both the run and the passing game, stay away from trying to force the ball downfield all the time. We need a solid performance from our OLine run blocking. If we can get Forte going I'll feel pretty good. I'm not sure why teams have trouble traveling across country, but one thing that makes me feel better about that is the fact that we went to England and looked pretty good doing it. This is a winnable game without Cutler. It should be close, so we will have a chance to make a big play or two and take it.

    The trib article this morning says Cutler suffered the injury on the interception return. Others say it was in the 2nd quarter. I guess I'm confused then. Doesn't really matter. I hope Hanie is ready to hold down the fort. Not going to be easy.

    I don't feel like our season was robbed from us, as I recognize just how lucky we were with injuries last year. Not that this has any effect on injuries suffered this year, but it doesn't feel as unfair due to how fortunate we were last year. This is the king of all injuries, dude. Explain to me why this never happens to a Packer QB?

    The Giants are perplexing. Just when you think they want to take over the chalice in the East, they come out at home and look anemic as hell against a downtrodden, ready-to-be-blown-out team like the Eagles, who everyone has been beating. I still don't know who this team is supposed to be. They're just as likely to suck bones as they are to impress anyone. And there doesn't even seem to be a way to predict which team you'll get.
