  1. My guess is they would go with McCown for now and save Enderle for the final game. Yeah I agree. Putting in Enderle is throwing in the towel, and realistically they can't do that. I'm all for proceeding down this path.
  2. Help, I can't find the fast forward button on my life remote.
  3. Why Urlacher is talking post game trash is beyond me YOU LOST THE FREAKIN GAME MORON! Yeah...he may be right, but it rings hollow for sure. I am so ready for this season to be over.
  4. Most of us suspected it was over when Cutler went down. Then Forte was done, and today the confirmation came. It's over. I'm ready to forget this season and fast forward to draft day. Too bad we've got games left.
  5. Berman's on my mental ignore list.
  6. Tebow didn't even do much to win the game. Got his team to what? The 42? Kicker made the 59 yarder -- Timbow wasn't even on the field. He wasn't on the field for the Barber season-obliterating fumble, either. Unfortunately the national dialogue is locked on Tebow whenever they win, regardless of how they won. If there's magic, it will run out. But I do understand frustration with the media coverage. I just ignore most of these guys anyway now.
  7. haha, really? I'd imagine cameras were already on TIM TEBOW like they are on ALL QB's during a game winning (or losing) kick. Watch him walking off after the game. He stops and points to the sky several times. I don't get it. So what? Lots of players do that. You're condemning him because his pointing action is more exaggerated?
  8. Is it really so different than someone who idealistic about something non-religious? He's not hurting anyone. Laugh at him if you want. I do too, actually. If someone actually converts to evangelical Christianity because they watched Tim Tebow score a TD and chalk it up to God, well....I'd say that's pretty hollow.
  9. Oh, Brady wasn't on the ground yet. Bogus flag.
  10. Olsen delivers! Panthers up big now!
  11. I don't understand. Why would ESPN even care about this?
  12. Brewer fans are just in disbelief, that's all. I can understand that. Braun up here has a pretty good rep. It won't be the first time a guy with a good reputation turned out to be less-than-pure, but at this early stage, I get the denial and rationalization. My guess is over the next few days you'll start to hear more balanced judgements.
  13. It's just something that happens. The key is being able to consistently be a contender. Cutler and Forte aren't always going to get hurt.
  14. Thinking about it ---- we must be in on Pujols. It makes too much sense. We either land Pujols, or make it incredibly painful for St. Louis to retain him. It's a win/win for us.
  15. I can't even describe it. I'm almost outraged by this. Not really, but maybe yes. I'm glad he's in the hall but for it to happen quickly after his death is some kind of insult. That's the best I can put it into words.
  16. You might have gone 11-1! Oh no!
  17. The misspelling. Fire everyone.
  18. Hah, what? They're idiots. You know it. We all know it. And they lose games because of it. Not that they would have won tonight, but when your best players can't stay on the field because they're morons, it's perfectly valid to point that out. Who cares what they did in 2008?
  19. They really are bitches when they find themselves on the short end of the score.
  20. I'd say there's way more zealot haters than fans I'm on board with his statement though. I want to see how far it goes.
  21. Is that even with the assumed Lions loss tonight? (24-10 Saints currently)
  22. That was a very nice run. Great blocking.
  23. Cool. It could work out that way if Hanie limits the turnovers, and the Chiefs play like......well.....the Chiefs.
  24. I'd be excited to see my first NHL game, even it it was between two bottom-feeders. Have fun, man. Live NHL hockey is fantastic!
