  1. That's a hell of a kick, wow. Hats off.
  2. They have some decent playmakers on defense, but when it comes to shutting down the lanes in the running game, the Rams are horrible.
  3. I've seen that not called so many times.
  4. Good call. Right to the head.
  5. On run plays, at times, we are obliterating their defense.
  6. Couple of very nice plays here. Screen is working.
  7. Off-the-cuff theory: Detroit isn't that good. SF isn't built to play indoors on turf on the road.
  8. Whoa, look at that apparatus on Jackson's leg.
  9. The Bush weapon is alive & kicking.
  10. Feels like a lot of misfires in the passing game. I vote for keeping Bush very active in the run game. I've seen some very good stuff early. If they stick with it, there could be even bigger dividends later on.
  11. It just never gets old to see a Bear defender smother some opposing player for a huge loss.
  12. YEEEAHHH! Nail him!
  13. LOL @ "Saint Louie"
  14. They can't. They don't even know the rulebook. They have to consult with league officials on just about everything that isn't simplistic.
  15. It's simpler than I thought. Clearly a Bears turnover. Might take these guys 15 minutes to sort it out though. It's just disheartening to have a good drive going like this and turn it over. Hah, 5 minutes later they finally announce.........It's under review! Great, you go do that. I'm going to get lunch.
  16. Oh here we go. These refs have exactly zero chance of getting this right.
  17. What a run by Bush. Just powered right on through.
  18. They are horrible tonight. And they just borked the kickoff too
  19. The incident was last Thursday. I get it: there was a story there, a QB bumping his OT in anger. But to harp on it non-stop for a week? It is plainly ridiculous. Media out-of-control. And Moore: you better play like an all-pro, that's all I've got to say. I'm expecting game-changing performances, or else get lost.
  20. Well, ESPN radio didn't spare the opportunity to take one of Jay's comments from the show today, snip it from the rest, and then spend about 30 minutes bringing in every one of their "analysts" to talk about how horrible he is. Love these bozos. They really know how to pile on, that's for sure.
  21. Not that it's evidence of anything, but they did show a short interaction between them on Sound FX. Just a "way to go, nice job" kind of moment. I don't think either Cutler or Urlacher needs anything more than that. So it works out.
  22. They don't care because there's no financial impact. People still watch. Sure, but more & more people are getting frustrated with what they are seeing, too. Not frustrated enough to stop watching, or buying tickets. So what's it matter to the NFL? They might eventually stay away. Not in the short term, but if this continues, it's possible that a small number will find something else to do. Especially in those smaller, less solid markets.
  23. They don't care because there's no financial impact. People still watch. Sure, but more & more people are getting frustrated with what they are seeing, too.
  24. It's all on the league. There's no reason it needed to progress to this point. There was plenty of opportunity to come to an agreement in the offseason. It's just truly bizarre, the whole thing. To me this is a serious black eye on the NFL brand. But, the owners apparently don't see it that way.
  25. So yeah, I guess Moore and Cutler aren't exactly chums. Despite both being Vandy guys. I think this has gone far enough, and Moore should put down the keyboard, or otherwise shut up. I think everyone now understands: he doesn't like Jay Cutler.
