  1. BIG unhappy about our offense at this point.
  2. This offense needs to show up today, much better than that. Sick of them being terrible.
  3. He is the master.
  4. LOL, what the hell was that. :)
  5. Yeah, but that's not "meh." That's more like, "crap we really aren't good."
  6. Do a search for "jay cutler show podcast". It's usually up within 24hrs. This weeks is on there now. Got it, thx. I never think about the podcast option. Just downloaded yesterday's. Just listened to it, and man is Jay funny. I hope he doesn't just disappear after he retires. I'd love to see him on tv or hear him on the radio. Maybe on CSN postgame live at least? :) Waddle: "I have another great question for you." Jay: "And I have another vague answer for you." LOL.

    NFL Week 9

I've never seen this little simulator before, but it's kind of fun: http://www.whatifsports.com/beyondtheboxscore/default.asp?article=2012NFL_Week9Picks You can run this week's matchups over & over again and see the results.
  8. If not for the Rose injury, the Bulls and OKC would have been the only teams on that list with championship aspirations, all while avoiding luxury tax. Why is that a bad thing? I would think that indicates a well-run team, not a bad one. I'm not saying you're wrong, though. What should they do in terms of paying out luxury tax that makes sense?

    NFL Week 9

They're not going to tank at 3-5, come on now.
  10. He's right that the pass protection issues may come back to haunt us. But that alone doesn't mean the Bears are the worst team to ever be 6-1, or whatever nonsense he's trying to portray. Also, he's wrong about the Steve Smith slip. A number of things could have happened if Smith didn't slip. It wouldn't have automatically meant a Bears loss. He supports Cam Newton, in spite of his moody behavior. But when it comes to Cutler, he suddenly doesn't like moody QBs...
  11. TEN ranks incredibly low for a team with 3 wins.

    NFL Week 9

It would take a major miracle for the Cards passing attack to "wake up." Their o-line is an abomination and Skelton is a terrible QB. Matthews will get at least 2 sacks I think he's referring to Skelton's 290 yards last night. I had to do a double-take on that number because it seemed impossibly high for an offense that looked so ineffective. The yards per catch was low. I don't expect much from the Cards in Green Bay. Maybe their defense comes to play, and it keeps the score closer than the spread.

  14. I can never catch Cutler's show on the radio. It makes me sad, sounds like they have a lot of fun.

    NFL Week 8

I don't want to see Arizona featured again this year. It's not entertaining in any way.
  16. I can't believe how bad Carimi has been. That wasn't supposed to happen.

    NFL Week 8

I give them credit for not being blown out in any of their games. But they still have a lot of difficulty winning away from home. Bears get 'em at Soldier Field :)
  18. Eh, it's not magical. It still needs to be played well or decent offenses will blow it up.
  19. I liked this quote from the chicagobears.com article: http://www.chicagobears.com/news/article-1/Bears-rally-to-stun-Panthers-on-Gould-field-goal/0d2bda94-7967-4f0c-a41c-e95fcc262b70
  20. Fine with me, since Hester hasn't returned anything for TD this year. It's just too bad we couldn't take advantage of the field position. On the couple of opportunities he did have, Hester did look more aggressive though. I kinda wanted to see what he could do. But I know you're pretty down on him. Down on him is a little much. He's 30 now (in a few days), 7th year in the league. It's natural that he will lose a little zip at this point. I think it's hurting him. He's been a fantastic player for us.

    NFL Week 8

I usually don't root for the Cowboys, but I actually felt a little bad for Bryant on that play. He did so many things right, but the hand just a couple inches out of bounds.

  23. Maybe it's because you can score on it in college.
  24. Yeah, I'd say the Tigers were an unexpected big pile of suck. Then again, all year long they were kind of tepid -- less than expected.
