Don't agree. He was running full speed and had to turn completely around to even get an attempt on it. That was a really tough catch in this weather. Cutler missed the throw though, clearly. He got turned around and got his hands on it. Should have pulled it in. I'd argue Marshall should have pulled in that TD catch too. Didn't seem like he needed to put that little shrug on the defender, and he was too late with it. Couldn't recover and pull in the pass. Just catch the football.

Question is do they sign a FA in the offseason or spend a pick on TE in the draft to replace Davis? If we're talking incremental improvement over what we have, it would be difficult *NOT* to improve on Davis. No need to go crazy and spend a high pick on TE. Go OL in the early rounds, still.

The other thing is, the ref said "blown dead at the 30." So we're at the 38, not the 30. It's a terrible call any way you look at it. They simply did not know what happened, and made it up hoping they were right.
