    I don't know. Crow was playing really well until more recently. I'm not sure what happened. Right now I'd like to see more Emery, but maybe Q waits until the playoffs and then goes with the hot hand.

    If you believe other reports, it was substantial, and Samardzija turned them down. He's going to be expensive. I thought I remember some quotes from him saying he's more than happy to wait. And he should be. He's been making 2-3m per year for multiple years now. It's not like this is his first chance to make some real money. As long as he hasn't been an idiot he should be set from a "nobody in his family will go hungry" standpoint. He can afford to wait for big one. Yep. Sure -- there's still a risk with waiting, though. It's still a lot of money that would go by the boards should he suffer a big injury (NOT gonna happen because of my positive mojo).

    It was good day for you, yeah :) Bulls are too soft at home. Glad they always beat the Pistons. I'm expecting more than a 1 point eeker against a bad team like Detroit, on the homefront.

    I just saw 3 Louisville players laying in the free throw lane and was wondering what was happening. The volume was low, and I was prepping food for dinner. Then they just....showed it. Twice.

    Kind of? He's a huge d. That said, he's a solid coach. If he can figure out his tournament bugaboos (which may be fluke-ish anyway) he could do quite well there. While obviously no home run, it's better than Mark Gottfried. When he cuts & runs from the Bruins they'll hate him too. He leaves sorrow and angst in his wake wherever he goes.

    Maybe, but they keep beating the Hawks so that's got to make you think about what would happen in the playoffs. These late goals are starting to piss me the hell off.
