Count that one has yet another decision that everybody knew after last season except the Bears.

what? no Not as good as advertised Not good at all. Wasn't good last year. Told us it was due to a bad shoulder. Not good so far this year. Given up a sack and a half and that was his 3rd hold. Very good receiving target though. And that's obviously what they were going for when they acquired him.

Why bother running out on the field? Just lay your jerseys down and hope they trip over them. That would be about as good a defense as we just saw.

I don't understand how movement in the betting line has any bearing on the game at all.

I hope you don't remember those days fondly. I used to be similar although not quite that much. The reality is, I just needed to figure out more things to do with my weekends and there is plenty. Plus, having a significant other ends that crap forever.

Definitely not alone. At this point I only watch the game itself. I just dropped NFLST, so that will further decrease how much I follow.

[expletive] packer fan played the Cutler-yelled-at-his-OLine card on me today. Cutler will always fail because of this, and all of Wisconsin rejoiced when we resigned him.

yup. It's just anger at everything that gets focused on a smaller group of guys. Bear fans are pretty good at it.

Just toss it on the ever-growing pile of suck the 2014 Bears represent. I'm not even that angry about this one. They didn't show up today. There wasn't any drama to produce disappointment. It was the Bears walking on the field and sucking, then losing. 7 minutes or so to start the 3rd quarter, nice drive. Beyond that? An empty hole.

I'd get rid of Tucker now if anyone "needs to be fired," but I think they will sit tight for now. Trestman is definitely keeping his job through the year, next year too.

Bad roster makeup. We keep hoping that our awesome players can cover up for the gaping roster holes, but NFL teams are good at exploiting those holes. Well yeah, but they need to get something from those holes through development too.
