He's been GM for 3 years and this team is awful. It's pretty clear he has not been good. Agreed but I'm trying to see why someone would want to keep him beyond the unwritten rule of them staying for two coaches. Good job on Marshall. Good pick w/Alshon. I still think Bennett was a good move. Long pick was solid. But damn it to hell you can't blow your HC pick like this. Not on a CFL guy when there were other clearly better choices

Exactly they were both outside the box high risk/high reward hires that failed miserably. I know what you are going for here, but I don't see the basis for the "high reward" part of the equation.
