  1. The sudden shift from Love to Willis is significant. Bears didn’t prepare for this.
  2. I’ll take a look at the replay again but it was such a square hit to the helmet.
  3. Hit him right in the head.. That’s one roughing call that was justified. Can’t argue it.
  4. Taylor did something good.
  5. It’s started so well…
  6. Key 3rd down stop there.
  7. They’re going to. Bears have to make stops on key downs when they get them. Or get turnovers. But the Packers will move the ball. more reason why that BJ play call was idiotic in the extreme.
  8. Probably a throw to Caleb. He was lined up outside right?
  9. They need half a yard and their defensive line is getting torn up to hell. That call made no sense.
  10. BJ I love you man but that was stupid.
  11. Nice work. That’s what we will have to do because LaFleur is going for it in any short yardage situation unless it’s deep in their own territory
  12. This is a case where I hope it’s AI-generated.
  13. Just looking at the satellite view, if you picked up Lumen and plopped it on the other side of the highway, then it would be similar to SF.
  14. Even if they could bulldoze the entire site and start over, the one thing they can never do is get rid of Lake Shore Drive. It makes getting in and out of there with 58,000 other people a nightmare.
  15. The Packers address key injuries by bringing in randos who proceed to put up the one and only good game of their careers, then fade back into the woodwork. Maybe the Bears can do that Saturday.
  16. Been there, although thankfully only when I visit.
  17. Gary’s a superfund site, right?
  18. It’s Gary. Kicked out of Chicago… for Gary… What a legacy for Warren.
  19. The Raiders had bounced around already. Moving from Oakland to LA and back might as well be a different state. I’d be astonished if the NFL lets the Bears build a stadium in, say, Gary. Why can’t Warren get creative with private funding? I think the Raiders got some money by making Vegas charge more for hotel rooms. Admittedly I have no idea what’s already been explored.
  20. I don’t even know how Burden was injured. I was OK with Odunze being out because of Burden. Both of them out? That’s going to suck.
  21. So what are the real blockers here? State leaders told him 2026 isn’t gonna happen. Why?
  22. The sacks have dramatically decreased from his first to second years. It’s been an incredible improvement not just incremental. Sure, improvement is always welcome but there has already been improvement. I expect it to continue but it sounds like you are unhappy and I can’t understand why.
  23. Yeah I watched the Packers loss from St. Kitts. It’s a fun scene, random fans of whatever team huddling around the TVs.
  24. Most likely because they aren’t really 50/50. If you have 1 on 1, and the receiver has a height advantage, the QB can expect better than 50% completion or draw a PI. The real advantage is created by getting the right 1:1 matchup.
  25. Yeah, I felt like it was dangerous but people have been calling for him to push it more. He did there, and it worked. Can't complain about both pushing it and not pushing it, or it's just aimless complaining. Also, it wasn't like the throw was a prayer. He knew DJ was there, he knew if he placed it properly it would split the defenders. He put it in the right place, as you said.
