My wife bailed on the Badgers / Wash game tomorrow afternoon. I asked my son-in-law if he wanted to come. Ghosted. Gonna rain/snow. I could sell the tickets for $14 apiece. Probably less than the fees. This is fun. Screw everyone, I'll be there freezing my ass off.

Yes. I’m in Wisconsin so even if I can’t get the Bears I watch every Packer game. LaFleur literally picks a ref or two and stays in their ear constantly. And it works. Get 1 or 2 more calls in a game? That can absolutely flip an L to a W.

I don’t even know what it’s about anymore. Our QBs also get clobbered and seldom a roughing call. I’m just trying to ignore the sports talk noise. I know in the locker room BJ has the team focused on the games. That’s what is most important.

Revenge against Minnesota would feel oh so good... I don't know if people heard the news but Kraft tore his ACL, out for the year. He was looking like a stud TE option for Jordan Love. Packers are good. I don't know that they are great though. It's possible for the Bears to take a victory or two here. Probable? I won't go that far.

Battle of some bad defenses, kind of like last week. Imagine if we could just get a little more pressure on the QB. It would change everything.

A great point. Rome is a good blocker! It's such an underappreciated skill for WRs.

Geeze your son is doing just fine in the offense. Let him develop and be a part of it. I know it’s dad being dad but Rome is good. He just didn’t get the targets yesterday. But he’s clearly a guy Caleb trusts.

I was thinking the exact same thing, and seeing it just as you did. Chicago fan PTSD should be in the DSM.

Nothing kills a QB like INTs. He was taking sacks last year, now he's throwing it away. Hopefully the next step is to push it a little more. But we'd all be freaking out if he was scrambling toward the sideline and unleashing horrible interceptions. Maybe he's never going to be a 65-70% completion QB, or maybe he's just working it into his game. I don't really know. But I'd rather have him not throwing the INTs at this point in his career.

"Luck" evens out. I'm sure it's just because I'm a Bears fan, but it seems like nobody calls "luck" when the Chiefs get it, or the Packers, or the Steelers, etc. etc. And the thing is, you have to be in position for a so-called bit of luck to affect the outcome. So yeah, it's not like I think there's no such thing, but for it to matter a team has to hang in there and take advantage.

He keeps his cool. I’m losing my s*** as the Bengals close in on the go ahead score (and so is most of the CHI fan base no doubt), and he’s calling TO to give his team a slim chance. Yeah that’s what is expected, but there have been so many boneheaded head coach moves late in games with this organization.

Old dogs new tricks I guess. He just wants to hit. He’s due for his annual concussion.

It’s the biggest separating factor I can hang on to from previous QB failures. He has made big plays in crunch time.

I should be overjoyed but I’m a Bear fan so I’m still angry at that onside kick. But holy hell Caleb made the huge throw when it counted and our 1st Rd pick made a play baby.
