  1. I think Kentucky will be fine this year. They'll likely still be fighting for the bottom of the East, but will also have a real chance to finish fourth ahead of Vandy and South Carolina. Woodson had a real nice year last year and if Little can perform behind a terrible offensive line, you should have the offense to earn another bowl bid.
  2. Had to vote for my honorable opponent who ousted me in the first round. My loss will look much better if soccer wins it all. 8-)
  3. I do.
  4. http://www.affordablehousinginstitute.org/blogs/us/head_in_sand_small.jpg I guess my hatred for LSU makes me hate people from Louisiana as well. Naw, I'm not intelligent enough to separate the two. You still got my vot OLD Miss. The real question is, though, does he have your vote? long day. Trust me, I understand. Just giving you a hard time. :D
  5. I'm not so sure it will on a large scale. I lost to soccer10k - granted I was supposed to - but hold no personal grudge against those who voted against me. In fact, I appreciate the simple fact that I did so well against a very popular poster. I have no problems with it and so long as noone takes it too seriously (some, I'm sure, will) it should be all good.

  7. And then abuck quickly retakes the lead by one.
  8. Brought my man Bob Sanders back to within a vote of the tie. By the way Bob, I'm the same way as you concerning the Colts. So long as Peyton has a great game, the Colts could lose by 40 (sorry CCP). I was pulling for the Colts in the Super Bowl though - which was tough because I've always pulled for the Bears somewhat.
  9. Holy cow, what bad luck. Shot in the _______ with a paintball gun.
  10. How long are these open for? 48 hours? till noon eastern, yeah. so 64 minutes before this goes to OT ETA: dew with a late basket! Can he hold on? This is intense. One more hour.
  11. Holding steady for almost three hours now.
  12. I like OMC quite a bit. Disagree with some of his politics, but I really like his ladies. I like Sulleymon too, though. He's been good with me about keeping the debates civil, though neither of us will change our minds. That said, with nothing against Sulley, I went with OMC.
  13. OMC's engaging in voter fraud perhaps? Does the polls forum use Diebold voting machines? Not sure, but I've been wondering who's counting the hanging chads.
  14. cubs aren't into that sort of thing Finding new and inventive ways to lose is far more exciting. :D
  15. OMC's engaging in voter fraud perhaps?
  16. Pulling for Sulley or hoping for a closer vote?
  17. Wow, I didn't know I was a dynasty. Thanks for the complement. :D Buttering up my opposition. :D
  18. Not sure who I'd take. Meph's posts are a bit more biting, if that's any indication. Meph wins big there. http://www.googlefight.com/index.php?lang=en_GB&word1=Flames24Rulez&word2=Mephistopheles
  19. i'd probably give it 2-4 hours of overtime About what I figured. We never discussed tiebreakers and I wasn't sure which option you'd take.
  20. Man, a dead even tie. Just out of curiosity, what happens in the case of a tie come noon on the second day?
  21. His posting those pics was one of the greatest ideas to ever cross anyone's mind on this board. Problem is, oftentimes you'd be distracted from what he actually posted because of the sigs. :P I had to change them because some members of the board thought I was objectifying women....which I was, but in a good way. I'm not a religious man, but there is a bible verse I always liked that said "a woman is the fairest and most beautiful creature of creation." I figured it had something to do with people complaining. I remember quite a few threads a while ago that were complaining about the ladies in people's sigs.
  22. no, that team actually won more games than they lost, plus they bunched most of their chokes up toward the end of the year. this team knew how to choke from day one. Maybe this team will get their choking done early and cruise through the end of their schedule and into the playoffs. Just a thought. :) Kinda like in 2003. Edit: I meant the regular season. We all know the choke in the playoffs. Exactly like 2003...except for not choking again at the very end.
  23. The trick is to watch the game at a bar. If the Cubs start making you pissed off, you've got music, booze, and women around to distract you. ...but no fellow NSBB members to vent with. Ahhh, but that, my friend, is why we have laptops. :D

  25. You need to make up 5 votes. I may need to make another campaign speech. Or just shut up. :)
